Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in understanding the whole person and recognizes that presenting concerns often have deeper roots. She is passionate about helping individuals explore the complexities of their inner world, gain insight into patterns in their lives, and cultivate greater self-compassion and resilience. Jessica's therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities and is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each client's unique needs. She is currently pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, a deeply experiential, attachment-based approach that helps individuals better understand their emotional world, heal attachment wounds, and build more secure relationships with themselves and others. Jessica's work focuses on teenagers and adults who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and wounds tied to childhood or attachment experiences. Her background in child welfare and mental health sparked her passion for this specialty, and she approaches healing by exploring both the immediate difficulties and the deeper patterns that shape them. At the heart of Jessica's work is authentic connection. She strives to create a warm, genuine, and deeply relational space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
